I love you Black Men

Black men have an aura about that that is just so alluring. Ever seen a black man in a tank changing a light bulb or cutting grass or doing any other household chore and just thought to yourself "damn" with that smirky smile plastered on your face? You know where I'm going.

Black men are struggling and there's so many reasons and excuses why. The overarching theme I hear from our men is that they have nobody to talk to. As women, we express ourselves and our frustrations to our homegirls, our men, or anyone else that will listen to us. We can cry and show our tails and write it off as being "emotional". I encourage those of us who love black men to help them do the same. Be a safe space for their tears and fears without judgement, shame, or even preconceived notions.

Black men we love you. We respect you. We appreciate you. And we need you.
